Centering Prayer will begin meeting at St. Matthew's from 4pm to 5:30pm on Thursdays, beginning August 29. This group will be hosted by Richard Morgan and led by Dr. Dee Jaquet of Contemplative Outreach of the Western Slope. All are invited.

 We do two "sits" of centering prayer with a stretch break and then discuss a video of Thomas Keating that we've watched ahead of time. You're welcome to join the discussion or excuse yourself at any point.
