Children ask the best questions. What is God? How can we know? Where is heaven? Who’s there and what’s it like? Sunday January 19th beginning at 9 AM and going until communion during the 10 AM service, children (ages 4-12 years old) will have the opportunity to sit with clergy in the Sunday School class rooms and have breakfast and ask big questions about faith, God, hope, death and anything else that comes up. Mentor’s Breakfast is an opportunity for children to ask difficult questions and talk together with clergy at St. Matthew’s. Parents are invited to come early but are asked to drop kids in the room so they can get to know the Rev. Tom Lee, Deacon Judy Schneider, the Rev. Nick Mayer, and Deacon Rich Paul. Breakfast will be simple but nutritious (if your child requires a specialized diet we recommend sending them with something they can and will eat.) THANK YOU Men of St. Matthew’s and WWJD for cooking for children and clergy! Together we are one in Christ!
