Brewery Theology

The purpose of Brewery Theology is to provide a safe place both for Episcopalians, other various Christians, those of other religious traditions, or no faith at all, to engage in thoughtful conversations about the Christian faith in an informal setting that celebrates the goodness of life, particularly as it is manifested to us by Christ through craft beer. We will meet every week at a brewery (Monumental Beer Works for now) on Thursdays at 7:30. Each week either a podcast episode or an article to read will be sent out for that upcoming Thursday. Those who miss their "homework" for the week are welcome to come anyway and will readily not be shamed or given a bad letter grade.

Meet at Kannah Creek Brewing Company at 7:30 PM. Here is the address: 1960 N 12th St Grand Junction, CO 81501

Brewery Theology is led by Gabriel Gordon who is a graduate student in theology at Portland Seminary and a new member of St. Matthew’s. He comes to us from Christ Church, Tulsa, where he was a youth leader. He moved to Grand Junction recently with his wife Hannah.
