Bishop’s Reception

 Please plan on joining St. Matthew’s as we host a reception to celebrate the Bishop, new church members, and new confirmands of the Western Slope. The reception will be held in the Gathering Space on Saturday, August 3rd immediately following the 10:00 service.

 Volunteers Needed!

Set-up:

Set up tables (8:30 - 9:30)   

Plate the food (9:30- 11:00)

Service the food/beverage tables (11:00-12:00)

Clean up crew (12:15-1:00)

Finger Sandwiches

Cheese/Cracker Trays

Veggie Trays

Fruit Trays

Fresh Peaches

Cookies/Brownies

If you plan on providing food for the reception, please bring it to the church by 9:00 am on Saturday, or between 9 and noon on Friday.
